General Police Duties – Human Rights Edition

Less than a year after the introduction of the Human Rights Act 1998, the police, the courts and the criminal justice system are beginning to come to terms with the practical implications of this far-reaching legislation. In response the 2002 General Police Duties Manual is again produced in a special Human Rights Edition.
